We do not use private client databases for unrelated commercial purposes merely because they have been entered into EstateClues.
Where additional consent is required for a particular use, we will seek it as required by applicable law.
4. Client Confidentiality and Broker Data Separation
We understand that client relationships and buyer requirements are commercially sensitive information for real estate professionals.
EstateClues is intended to distinguish between information maintained in a user's private workspace and information that the user deliberately shares through collaboration features.
4.1 Private CRM Information
Client contacts, private buyer requirements, internal notes, and other CRM information entered into a private workspace are intended for use within that workspace.
We do not sell or rent private CRM contact lists or client databases to advertisers, property developers, competing brokers, or data brokers.
Private CRM information is not intended to be displayed to other brokers simply because they belong to the same association. Access may be available to authorized personnel or service providers where necessary to operate, support, secure, or maintain the service, or where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
The exact technical access controls depend on the implemented features and permissions of the platform.
4.2 Information Shared with Association Groups
When you deliberately publish a property listing, collaboration request, or other content to an association group, that information may be visible to eligible members of that group.
Before sharing information, review the content and the intended audience. Avoid including private client contact details, personal notes, or confidential documents unless disclosure is appropriate and you have the necessary authorization.
Information shared with other group members may be copied, downloaded, saved, or forwarded by those recipients. EstateClues cannot guarantee that information deliberately disclosed to another user will remain confidential outside the platform.
4.3 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring that information entered into your account is accurate and lawfully obtained.
- Obtaining any necessary permissions to store or share client information.
- Reviewing sharing settings and recipients before publishing information.
- Protecting your login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
EstateClues provides tools for managing business information, but the responsibility for complying with applicable obligations concerning your clients' information remains with you where the law places that responsibility on you.
5. When We Share Information
We do not sell personal information or private CRM databases as a business practice. However, certain information may be shared in the following circumstances.
5.1 Service Providers
We may share the information necessary to provide EstateClues with service providers that support functions such as:
- Cloud hosting, storage, and infrastructure.
- Application monitoring and error diagnostics.
- Transactional email and communication delivery.
- Payment processing and refund administration.
- Security, authentication, and technical support.
These providers may process information on our behalf or in accordance with their own applicable terms, depending on the service and their role. We seek to limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and to apply appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
5.2 Broker and Association Collaboration
Information you choose to publish to an association group or share with another broker may be disclosed to the intended recipients as part of the requested service.
5.3 Legal and Regulatory Requirements
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid court order, a lawful regulatory requirement, or a request from a competent authority.
Where legally permitted and appropriate, we will limit such disclosures to the information required for the relevant purpose.
5.4 Business Transfers
If Probasal Technologies undergoes a merger, restructuring, acquisition, or transfer of relevant business assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
5.5 With Your Direction or Consent
We may share information where you direct us to do so, authorize a particular integration, or provide consent where required by law.
6. Payments and Razorpay
EstateClues may use Razorpay to process online payments for subscriptions and other paid services.
When you make a payment, the payment service provider may collect and process payment information under its own privacy policy and applicable terms.
Where payment details are entered directly into the payment provider's interface, Probasal Technologies does not intend to collect or store complete card details, card CVV values, or UPI PINs in its own application systems.
We may receive payment-related information, such as transaction IDs, payment status, amounts, and refund references, to administer subscriptions and resolve billing issues.
Payment processing is also subject to the applicable terms of the payment provider. You can review Razorpay's privacy policy here:
The exact payment flow and information handled by each party depend on the checkout integration used for the transaction.

8. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and misuse.
Depending on the system and feature involved, security measures may include:
- Access controls and authentication mechanisms.
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmitted between supported clients and servers.
- Restrictions on access to account and operational information.
- Security monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Appropriate safeguards applied to hosting and other service providers.

No online service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot promise that unauthorized access, data loss, or other security incidents will never occur.
If we become aware of a personal data breach that requires notification under applicable law, we will take the actions required by law.
Users should choose strong passwords, avoid sharing authentication codes, and report suspected account compromise promptly.
9. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account records, fulfil the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary by information type.
9.1 Active Accounts
Information associated with an active account may be retained while the account remains active and the information is needed to provide the requested services.
9.2 Expired or Cancelled Subscriptions
When a subscription expires or is cancelled, access to certain features may be restricted in accordance with the subscription terms.
Where the service provides a post-expiry grace period, data may remain available for export or read-only access during that period. Any such access is subject to the applicable subscription terms and technical availability.
Subscription cancellation does not necessarily result in immediate account deletion.
9.3 Account Deletion Requests
You may request account deletion by contacting support@estateclues.com.
After verifying your identity and reviewing the request, we will process the deletion in accordance with applicable law, our retention obligations, and the technical requirements of the service.
Some information may need to be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or the establishment or defence of legal claims.
Information retained for these purposes will be handled in accordance with the applicable requirements. Data remaining in backup systems may be removed according to the relevant backup-retention cycle, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We will communicate any material limitations on a deletion request where appropriate.
10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information associated with your account.
These may include:
- Access: Request information about personal data associated with your account.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of personal data where applicable legal requirements permit.
- Consent and preferences: Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent, subject to legal and contractual consequences.
- Grievances: Raise concerns about how your information is collected, used, stored, or shared.
You can update certain account details directly through the application. For other requests, contact support@estateclues.com.
We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
If you are a broker using EstateClues to manage information about your own clients, please note that requests concerning that information may need to be directed to the broker or agency that collected it, depending on the circumstances and the roles of the parties involved.
11. Third-Party Websites and Integrations
EstateClues may contain links to third-party websites or use integrations provided by external services.
These services may have their own privacy policies, security practices, and terms of use. We do not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.
We encourage users to review the relevant third-party policies before providing information directly to those services.
12. Children's Privacy
EstateClues is a business platform intended for real estate professionals and is not designed for children.
Users should not submit children's personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for a lawful business purpose and all applicable legal requirements have been met.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected in circumstances that violate applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address the issue.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our products, business operations, service providers, security practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
